Getting to grips with notation and confidence with reading music in different clefs can take time and patience. But it can be a whole lot easier with apps, particularly those that "gamify" the learning. Have a look through some of these apps that CMST teachers have recommended to find which ones you like....
NoteRacer helps you match notes with piano keys in treble and bass clefs. Useful for other instruments too.
NoteWorks. Beginners use NoteWorks as an alternative to flash cards. More advanced students use the full version to practice key signatures with up to seven sharps and flats in multiple clefs.
Flash Note Derby - good app for younger students to learn notation.
